You can change the day and time of your reservation free of charge, at the latest 48 working hours before your flight, by calling the AviaSim center. A compensation of 69 CAD will be requested if the 48 working hours are exceeded. Coupons can only be used in the AviaSim center in which they were purchased.
The coupons are only valid for the pack indicated on this document. However, the coupon can be “upgraded” at the time of booking by paying the difference between the price of the new pack and the value of the coupon.
Coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (12 months). After this time, they are cancelled. An option is proposed at the checkout to extend the voucher for 6 months for 9 CAD.
The coupons do not include a price indication for the selected flight. They cannot be refunded or resold. If a coupon is lost, it will not be replaced.
The reservation can be canceled 48 hours before the scheduled flight time. No cancellation or change of reservation can be accepted within 48 hours prior to flight scheduling. In this case, the coupon will be canceled without the possibility of reimbursement. If you do not show up for your flight and you have not modified your reservation at least 48 working hours before it, your coupon will be canceled without the possibility of reimbursement.
For security reasons, we ask that you bring photo ID with you. We reserve the right to ask you questions regarding your motivations. If you are unable to produce an identity document, we reserve the right to refuse your admission on board the simulator.
The minimum age to access AviaSim simulators is 10 years old, subject to a minimum height of 1.40m. AviaSim simulators are exact replicas of aircraft cockpits, they require some mobility. Do not hesitate to inquire with the AviaSim center concerned. More generally if you think your physical condition is likely to affect your experience, please contact us.
If we consider that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we will refuse you access to the simulators, in which case your coupon will be canceled and not refunded.
In the event of a reduction in the duration of the flight, the following factors are taken into account (in a non-exhaustive manner): a late arrival at the center or at the simulator, a request to take a break, the feeling of airsickness, or any other problem physical during the flight, you will not be able to request compensation or reimbursement, even partial. However, if we encounter technical difficulties during the flight resulting in the reduction of flight time or the cessation of the flight, you will receive compensation to be discussed with your instructor and the manager of the AviaSim center.
We make every effort to give you your DVD or USB key including the video of your flight at the end of your simulation session. In the event that it is technically not possible to give it to you at the end of your simulation session, we will send it to you by post. If it were not possible to provide you with the video of your flight, we will send you the refund of this purchase, without further compensation.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. After communication of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, you have another period of 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.
AviaSim centers are exclusively intended to offer fun activities, they are in no way certified for pilot training.
