Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.aviasim.ca. At AviaSim Canada, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with Canadian privacy law.

  1. What information we collect and why

We collect only the data necessary to provide you with our services, improve your experience, and operate our business. This includes:

– Email address – collected from purchasers, flight participants, or newsletter subscribers. We use it to send booking confirmations, service-related updates, and, where appropriate, for marketing communications, based on the type of consent provided (express or implied).

– Phone number – collected when you book or schedule a flight, to help us manage your experience. We do not use phone numbers for marketing purposes unless you have given express consent, as required for SMS communications.

– Booking and payment details – your first and last name, mailing address, and billing information are used to securely process your transaction via Stripe. We also collect the flight participant’s name when they schedule their session so we can deliver the service.

– Cookies and usage data – with your consent, we use cookies and tracking pixels from platforms like Meta and Google Ads to analyze site performance and improve the effectiveness of our marketing. This may include your browser type, device, general location, and IP address.

– Technical data – some information may also be automatically collected by our website platform or third-party analytics tools to ensure the security, performance, and usability of our site.

You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 6).

Your information is used to:
– Confirm and manage your booking
– Contact you about changes or follow-ups
– Send marketing emails, if you’ve given express or implied consent
– Improve our website and customer experience

We may also send necessary communications related to your experience, regardless of marketing preferences.

We do not sell your personal information.
